Challenge
A clinical trials platform needed healthcare-grade Azure infrastructure meeting HIPAA/GxP compliance requirements — from scratch, with zero security tolerance.
Solution
Designed 12 custom Terraform modules covering 44+ Azure resource types. Built 3 fully isolated environments with dedicated VNets. Implemented zero-trust architecture with private endpoints, private AKS clusters, and Azure Bastion.

A 20-year-old .NET LMS platform serving enterprise clients in 27 languages had zero CI/CD automation — every deployment was manual and risky.
Solution
Designed full CI/CD pipeline on Bitbucket Pipelines with self-hosted Windows runners. Provisioned 7 Windows Server VMs for build, app, and DB servers. Built multi-tenant deployment orchestration with environment promotion gates.
