Terms of Service

Munimentum ("I", "me", "my") provides software engineering and DevOps consulting services including but not limited to: Go microservices development, cloud infrastructure design and implementation, CI/CD pipeline engineering, Kubernetes orchestration, Terraform infrastructure-as-code, and AI/LLM integration services. All services are delivered remotely. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written statement of work or service agreement signed between both parties prior to commencement of work.

By engaging my services, accessing this website, or using any application or service provided under the Munimentum brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use my services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Munimentum services and this website.

All work product, source code, documentation, and deliverables created during an engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms specified in the applicable service agreement. By default, unless otherwise agreed in writing: - Code and deliverables produced for a client become the client's property upon receipt of full payment. - Reusable libraries, frameworks, tooling, and open-source components created prior to or independent of an engagement remain the property of Munimentum. - I retain the right to reference completed work in my portfolio and case studies, without disclosing confidential client information.

I treat all client information as confidential. I will not disclose, share, or make use of confidential client data, source code, business logic, or proprietary information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services. Clients are expected to extend the same confidentiality to any proprietary tooling, methodologies, or non-public information shared by Munimentum in the course of an engagement.

Payment terms are defined in the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed: - Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. - Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. - Withholding payment for delivered and accepted work constitutes a breach of contract. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for any applicable VAT or withholding taxes in their jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Munimentum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. My total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, in the 90 days preceding the incident.

I warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. I do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all deliverables will meet every specific requirement not expressly included in the agreed scope of work. This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
